4. In the Cookies and Site Data section, click Manage Data…. 

     5. You will see a list of sites and how much information each site is storing on your computer. Type 'turntree.com' in the 'Search websites' prompt on top. This will filter down the list of storage and you should see www.turntree.com and turnlink.turntree.com at that point.  

     6. Click Remove All Shown to wipe the local storage.

     7. Click Save Changes .

Note: If you have a ton of data from other sites using your local storage, you may run out as your browser has a limited amount so you may want to clear other sites as well if TurnLink is having issues due to limited amount of local storage available.
