Inactive (Discontinued) Products

You can inactivate and reactivate products logged in as an Admin via Setup > Products > Products & Folders:



Check the box next to the folders and/or products you want to inactivate, then select 'Inactivate Checked' from the top righthand menu: 



*** IMPORTANT: Checking a folder does not automatically check all products within it. If you want to check all products within a folder choose 'Select All in Folder' from the folder menu:




Note: Inactive products are not deleted. They will not appear on your Product Carried Audit or Order Forms, but they will be reflected on past orders with a strikethrough, and they are reportable in various areas of the application. 

You can view your Inactive products by toggling them 'On' from the top righthand menu:



To reactivate products choose 'Reactivate' from the product menu: 


By default when an item is reactivated it is placed in the root folder. You can, at the time you reactivate it, choose the folder you want it to go into: 



Note: Be sure to add the full unit UPC for all products. We use UPCs as the unique identifier to ensure you don't create duplicate products.
