Broker Authorization : WFM Vendor Reports


How to Grant TurnTree Solutions 'Broker' Access


Note: this is a 2 part process and both parts must be completed!

Part 1: Authorizing TurnTree Solutions

Log into their portal: https://vendor-reporting-setup.wholefoods.com/

Click 'Authorize Brokers':

Type 'TurnTree Solutions' in the text box and click 'Run Document':

Click in the 'Add a new Broker / Distributor' box 'Company Name:' dropdown menu, select 'TurnTree Solutions', and click 'Submit':

'TurnTree Solutions' will now appear in your 'Previously Authorized Brokers / Distributors' box in the 'Authorized Company' list:

 Part 2: Assigning your brand(s) to TurnTree Solutions

Click 'Main Menu':

Click 'Associate Brands to Broker Account':

 
Click on 'TurnTree Solutions' in the 'Previously Authorized Brokers/Distributors' box 'Broker Company' list which highlights them orange, select your brand from the 'Pick a Brand for selected Broker/Distributor' box 'Approved Brands:' downdown menu, and click 'Submit'


You will now see 'TurnTree Solutions' associated to your brand in the 'Brands Associated to Broker/Distributor' box:

If you have more than one brand repeat the 'Part 2' steps until all brand have successfully been associated to TurnTree Solutions.

When done email support@turntree.com and a TurnTree Solutions representative will confirm we are seeing your brand(s) under our login. Note that this can take up to 2 business days.
