Product Reports > Placements

TurnLink allows you to export product data in a variety of ways. This article covers the Reports > Products > Placements report options.

Click on 'Reports > Products > Placements':



The 'Filters/Results' tab functions like Advanced Search, allowing you to filter for the specific company list you want to report on:



The 'Options' tab allows you to select your report Type and define your report criteria. 

Types include: 

1. Product Totals: 
See how many companies carry your products at any specific point in time, or over the course of a period of time. The selected Date Range is automatically divided into 4 equal points so you can easily view changes. 

2. Regional Conformity: 
Filter your company list, select Regions to report on, and turn on additional address and attribute columns. The data will show you each company in your filter and how many total products are carried as well as how many are carried of the approved items from the selected Regions (APL reporting).

3. Company Placements: 
This report provides a detailed company list with current products carried audit data, or products carried data during a selected point in time. 

- Example Products Totals report: 
  • Company Filter: All Companies, Current Search (Filters/Results), or select a Saved Search. 
  • Date Range: you would like to see the number of placements.
  • Products Folders: for the products you would like to review.
  • Company Types
  • Time Filter: will not count a product that is showing it is carried but has no activity in that company for the time filter you specify.
  • Click 'View':


The 'Report' tab will automatically divide the time period you selected into 5 equal points so you can view the changes. The bottom row will indicate the total 'Distinct Stores' in the batch.  

Click 'Export' to export the report to Excel or 'View Graph' to view a line graph of the data:
