Obtaining your Credentials from UPS

 Here are the steps to obtaining a UPS Client ID and Client Secret for obtaining real-time rates in the Turnlink Order Cart. 

 Step 1: Register

Register with My UPS if you do not already have a My UPS User ID and password associated with your UPS Account.

 Step 2: Log In to UPS and Visit the Developer Portal

Log into your UPS account at ups.com, then go to the UPS Developer Portal

🔹 Step 2: Go to My Apps & Click “Add Apps”

In the top-right corner, select My Apps, then click Add Apps to create a new application


🔹 Step 3: Configure App & Add Products

  • Choose “I want to integrate UPS technology into my business”.

  • Select the UPS account associated with your shipping profile.

  • Agree to the UPS API Access Agreement and proceed.

  • On the next screen:

    • Enter 'TurnLink Sales Manager' for the App Name 

    • Enter 'https://www.turntree.com/' for the Callback URL

    • Under Add Products, find and add Authorization (OAuth) and Rating by clicking the "+" button 

🔹 Step 4: Obtain Your Credentials

Once saved, you’ll see your Client ID and Client Secret on the app’s dashboard. Copy both and you will use them on Setup > Integrations > Shipping when you 'Add New Service' for 'UPS Service'
