Events Report : Reviewing User Activities

Reports > Events allows you to look at a date range of Events and review what a specific user, or group of users, has done. As a manager you can use this powerful report to track your rep productivity and to ensure that your team is achieving your objectives!


The 'Filters/Results' tab functions like Advanced Search, allowing you to filter for the specific company list you want to report on:


The 'Options' tab allows you to filter for the specific Event batch you want to report on. It defaults to show all Events for 'Today'. To change the date range click within the 'Date Range' filter box: 



Select 'Add Field' to add additional Event batch filters. 

Event Details: 
  • Date: will appear grayed out as it is selected by default. Per above, to change the date range click within the 'Date Range' filter box.
  • Event Type: Select the Event Type(s) you want included. This filter also allows you to filter by Priority status: Do Not Include Priority, Include Priority, or Priority Only. 
  • User Entered By: filters by the user(s) who entered the Events. 
  • Comment: Enter Event comment text to search. 
Company Filters: 
  • Advanced Search: All Companies, Current Search (from the 'Filters/Results' tab), or your user specific Saved Searches.
  • Company Type:  Select the Company Type(s) you want included. 
Note: If no filters are applied all Events within your selected date range will be included by default.
 
 

Once your 'Options' are set you can choose from 3 report types: 



1. Table

The 'Reports' tab includes a summary of all Events. You can 'View Stats' or 'Export' to Excel:

2. Company Attributes

Make your report selections: 
  • Fields to Include (basic company details such as address, phone number, and contacts)
  • Distributors to Include
  • Tags to Include
  • Reps to Include
  • Regions to Include
The 'Reports' tab includes your above selections as well as the Event Type, Event User Initials, Date of Event, and Event Comment. You can 'Export' to Excel:  




 3. PDF

A detailed report that outputs each Event with User, Type, Date, Company, City, State on the top. You can select the level of detail you want included as well as the export orientation. Click 'Save' to generate the PDF file:
