Obtaining your Credentials from FedEx

Step 1: Go to Fedex.com and login to your online account.

Step 2: Go to the Fedex Web Services page and click 'Get Production Key' or go directly to this page and then select Get Product Key.

Step 3: Fill out the three fields as pictured below by selecting ‘No’, ‘FedEx Web Services for Shipping’ and ‘Corporate Developer’ and then click Continue.



Step 4: Click on ‘I Accept’ to accept the agreement.



Step 5: Fill out the fields that are not pre-filled on the next page and then click ‘Continue’.



Step 6:  After clicking ‘Continue’ you will be given an Authentication Key and Meter Number.  It is important for you to store this information somewhere as it will not be emailed to you or visible again and is needed in Setup > Integrations > Shipping when authorizing TurnLink.

Step 7:
 FedEx will then send you an email with the Production Password, your FedEx Account Number and the Meter Number.

Step 8: **FedEx systems do not instantly recognize the information provided so you may need to wait up to one day before you can activate with this information, although sometimes it is quicker.** 

      Login to TurnLink, go to Setup > Integrations > Shipping and click the green add button to add a new carrier setup. Select FedEx in the dropdown and then fill out all of the fields with the information that you have been given from FedEx and save the settings. TurnLink should verify that you have entered all of the information correctly and you will then be able to map your TurnLink Shipping Methods for FedEx to the FedEx services available to use for shipping.
