TurnLink does not allow you to send bulk emails from inside the application as we do not want to encourage practices that may be viewed as spam and potentially limit your ability to send any email from TurnLink. However, TurnLink has a great way of helping you extract desired email addresses in a format that allows you to quickly setup an email in an external bulk email service (or from your own email client such as Outlook, Mail, iPhone, Gmail, etc).

Search for companies you want to include on Advanced Search and Push Results To > Email Blast Setup: 

Here you can both create the list of email addresses and record an Outgoing Email note in all applicable records so that TurnLink knows what you sent and to whom, even though the actual sending of the email will occur in a different application.

• Move all the emails you want included from your search results into the Include mover box. 
• Click the Excel Icon if you simply want to export the list.
• If you want TurnLink to generate the email for you fill out the form. 
• Be sure the "Add Outgoing Email Note to Overviews"box is checked if want to record that it was sent in the companies history. 
• Click "Setup Email"

 

• You can click the link to flow the data into your email client, or you can copy/paste it into your external bulk email service. 
• If necessary, you can also change the delimiter between email address.

To extract your desired email addresses start on Advanced Search, search for the companies who contain emails you want to include, and Push Results To > Email Blast Setup:

Move all the emails you want included from your search results into the 'Include Emails' mover box.

Clicking 'Export Addresses' allows you to create an Excel download or connect to your company's MailChimp account (if applicable): 

Clicking 'Select Companies' allows you to compose the email within TurnLink: 

Write your email and click 'Preview Email':

Click 'Add Event to Companies' to record an Outgoing Email Note in all applicable company records so that TurnLink knows what you sent and to whom, even though the actual sending of the email will occur in a different application.

Click 'Export to Email' to flow the data into your email client, or you can copy/paste it into your external bulk email service.

If necessary, you can also change the delimiter between email address.
