TurnLink Exporting to Fedex Ship Manager

In order to import TurnLink templates into FedEx Ship Manager software, you will need to first set up a template in FedEx to match our export file.

In the Ship Manager software go to Databases ->Templates.

1. Choose Add.
2. In the blank for Template ID, name your template (eg TurnLink).  This is the name you will select from your Template list in the future when importing TurnLink export files.
3. In the Database dropdown, choose Recipient.
4. Then choose the fields from the left box and move them to the right box as they are pictured below.
5. Make sure the settings on the top right match the image below as well.
6. Click OK to save.



When you are ready to import TurnLink export files into Fedex ShipManager, choose Database - > File Maintenance and then choose Import.  Browse for the file TL_Fedex.txt that you exported from TurnLink and select OK.
