TurnLink Beta Users: iPad Debug Console
2. Click on the Safari option in the left Settings column
3. Click on Advanced, the last option in the right column of Safari options.
4. In the Advanced area turn the Debug Console to ON
5. When you go into Safari and log in to TurnLink you will notice that when you scroll all the way up it will say Debug Console and ideally 0 Errors when you start.
6. As you use TurnLink, please occasionally see if there are any errors. Specifically if/when the Products Carried submit button does not add the information properly confirm if there is an error.
7. If there is an error, please click on the grey bar that says Debug Console to see what the error is.
8. On the page that lists the error, please take a screenshot by holding the button on top of the iPad (the one that puts the pad to sleep) and then pressing the home button (round one on bottom of the front of the pad). You will hear the camera sound and the screen will flash when you have taken the screenshot.
