    Hi there,
    With the added requirement for "transparency" from the customers, Lot code tracking would be a huge help in order processing and for quick access in the customer information.

  2. Allow embeddable images in your templates

    We would utilize the email functions more often if our company signature would be displayed accurately and intact. Our signatures include an embedded image of our logo. Your templates do not allow for embedded images, however, and it would be nice to have the capability, not just for signatures but for email purposes as well. If I want to do an eblast to my customers, I need to be able to include product images and such.

  3. "Create New Contact" action in inbox

    When forwarding an email into inbox from a new prospect or customer it would be excellent if we could create a new contact from that point, with the email available for information to populate the new record, and create further actions immediately once created. So "Create New Contact" would be an option in the inbox.

  4. User icons or notifications.

    Occasionally our customer service agents will call the same account at the same time. It would be nice if there was a user icon that would appear in the customers account when another customer service agent is active in that screen.

  5. Regional Relationship automatic suggestion

    Just a quick thought I had: When assigning a regional relationship to an account, would it be possible to program the pop-up menu to automatically search for any regional companies with the same name?
    I.E. If I was in the account "UNFI:Eastern Region:York" and I wanted to assign "UNFI:Eastern Region" as the regional relationship, then instead of it just popping up a window with all the regional locations in our TL account and scroll and/or manually search, it would simply place the "best match" regional company at the top of the list?   6. Create separate folder in Advanced Search for Import Files

    There are so many import files that it's hard to find our own saved searches.

  7. Wholesale Webpage for retailers

    Many companies are trying to get me to pay for either a listing on their B2B portal or else pay for them to create a wholesale page on my website. I'd much rather if Turntree created a wholesale website page for us.

  12. Add a feature on an order to allow for automatically recurring orders

    We have customers who want the same products shipped weekly. It would be a real advantage to have TL add these orders to the Web connector Queue automatically.

  13. Recurring Event Option in Calendar/Schedule

    In Calendars have the option to have recurring events or schedule. Our reps are on a 4 or 6 week call cycle and it would make it a lot easier/efficient to have the option to have these recurring instead of them having to update every month.

    Make compatible with Data analytics Programs. Such as Tableau. Allow systems to link into the back end so data can be pulled from Turnlink in order to create real time reports.

    Order processing: a way to track order processing issues, i.e. Out of stocks and/or short shipments. Out of stocks for calculating the loss of business at a retailer when the distributor is OOS. Short ships for billing and additional freight fees. among other items....
