  6. User icons or notifications.

    Occasionally our customer service agents will call the same account at the same time. It would be nice if there was a user icon that would appear in the customers account when another customer service agent is active in that screen.

  7. Primary Rep Assignment

    It would be nice if there was an option to make a rep Primary on the first screen when assigning the rep instead of assigning them and then having to go into the Menu then select Make Primary.
