Product Units indicate the unit configuration your items are sold by. Most companies will have an ‘Each’ and then one or more case packs, master cases, pallets, etc (eg Case or Case (6),Case(12)): 

Unit types can be added via Setup > Products > Units: 

** Your TurnLink Sales representative can help decide the best unit selections for you during the demo and activation processes. 

** Once your unit types are setup, you can connect your products to them and setup your distributor codes and pricing.

Additional Unit types can be added logged in as an Admin via Setup > Products > Units:

 

Click the menu icon in the upper right corner and choose 'Add New':

** Once your unit types are setup, you can connect your products to them by setting up your distributor codes & pricing.
