Setting Up UNFI Digital Turnover Order Submission
We have partnered with UNFI to allow TurnLink users to electronically transmit all Eastern Region DC turnover orders through a real-time process when placing an order in a Company Overview.
If you have not already requested TurnTree Solutions set you up with a UNFI East Submitter ID, please go to Support > Knowledge Base and submit a request. Once we have received your credentials from UNFI, we will set them up and activate the feature for you and you can continue below.
Click on Setup > Integrations > UNFI:

Click on Setup > Integrations > UNFI:
Select from your list of distributors all UNFI Eastern Region DCs you want to electronically transmit orders through. Note that their Haddon House and Select Nutrition DCs are included in this functionality and can be selected:
Click the top righthand menu and choose 'Update Settings':
- Error Email: enter the email address you would like error emails sent to.
- Confirmation Email: enter the email address you would like confirmation emails sent to.
- Do you want the Product Folder Name included in confirmation emails? Yes/No
- Do you want the Product Brand Name included in confirmation emails? Yes/No
- Discontinued and Sub-Item Handling : Codes
- Email Issues Only (for Manual Updates)
- Automatically Discontinue and/or Create Sub-Items
- Discontinued and Sub-Item Handling : Orders
- Alert and Email Issues Only : Requires Manually Editing Order
- Remove Products/Codes with Issues from Order and Submit
- Ignore Codes with Issues and Submit all other Codes
When done click 'Submit':
