TurnLink has the ability to show inventory that is passed to it from your QuickBooks. When this happens, TurnLink will show both the ‘on-hand’ and ‘on-order’ inventory numbers from QuickBooks next to each SKU on the TurnLink Order Form and Distributors Module.

To setup this feature, login to TurnLink as an Admin and go to Setup > Integrations > QuickBooks: Item Inventory = Include:

Order Form:

Select the Direct (QuickBooks) distributor and choose your Unit type: 

Distributors Section:

Click on your Direct (QuickBooks) distributor name and then on the 'Active Codes' link:

Expand the SKU to view your inventory details:

To setup this feature, login to TurnLink as an Admin and go to Setup > Integrations > QuickBooks:

In the Web Connector Preferences section set 'Item Inventory' to 'Include':

Scroll down and click 'Save'.
