Your TurnLink promotions are setup and managed by your TurnLink administrator. From inside of a Company Overview you can see the Promotions in a few places.

1 - By clicking on the triangle next to a Distributor in the Distributor module, you can view all item codes and information for products carried by that DC. If the item code is a link, you can click on the link to view available promotions based on the current Order Date. 

2 – By opening the Order Form and selecting a Distributor in the first dropdown and a Unit Type/Code on a product line item, a Promotion icon will appear on the right if there are any promotions available. You can click on the link to view the Promotions that are available for the configuration you selected and select up to 3 per line item depending on how you are reflecting your promotions. 

If you would like to change your Order Form to display either the unit type (eg each or case(6)), just the Distributors item code, or both, click on Setup > Preferences and select from the dropdown entitled Order Form Unit Display and save your changes.

To Export an Excel file containing all promotion information that has been setup in your system, click on Reports > Promotions and enter filter information such as which Distributors, start and end dates, and more. TurnLink will show you a summary of all available promotions. By clicking on the Excel icon on the top right of the results, an Excel file will be created with many useful views of the promotions broken down by Monthly Summaries and individual tabs for each DC involved with the promo and the appropriate SKUs in those DCs.

Once setup, available promotions can be viewed from inside of a Company Overview in 2 places: 

1. By clicking on a Distributor's name, you can view additional details including how many active codes (products) that distributor carries:

Clicking on the active code count pulls up a window listing the products which includes their item codes, unit types, and pricing. The plus icon next to a product name expands the section to show item UPC, Inventory (if applicable) and Available Promotion information for that distributor in the current order date range:

2. By opening the Order Form via 'What would you like to do? > Place an order': 

- Select the Distributor who will be fulfilling the order. 
- Enter the Quantity for the product you are ordering.
- Select the Unit type if there is more than one option (e.g. Each, Case, etc)
- If there are available promotions they will either be automatically applied or you can select up to 3 available promotions per line item:
