Account Setup : Products
Products can be added in two ways. Depending on how many products and third party distributors your company has you can decide which method, or combination of methods, is right for you.

1. Manually within TurnLink
Logged in as an Admin go to Setup > Products > Products & Folders:
Click the menu icon in the upper right corner and choose 'Add New Product':
Note: Products are organized within Folders which can be added in this section as well.
Enter the retail unit details (case details are setup via Setup > Products > Distributor Codes & Pricing after the retail unit has been added). Be sure to include full UPC, then click 'Submit':
Note: Product images can appear in various areas of TurnLink and on MapMyStores. If your images are available through Data Council IX-ONE we can include them at no additional charge. Email support@turntree.com for details. If you would like to upload your own images you must first authorize a Google Drive via Setup > Integrations > Documents.
You can view product Details, Edit, and Inactivate (discontinue) products via the menu to the left of each product name:
2. Via Excel Import Templates
If you have a lot of products and/or distribution centers, an Excel import for initial setup will most likely make sense. You can create an Excel template to add new products, and assign distributor item codes, pricing and other attributes for those products via Setup > Imports:
The following screen allows you to select how many new products you will be adding and/or which existing products you want to edit. You can also select which distributors you would like to setup or edit. Once done click 'Create Template':
Choose 'Product Codes & Pricing' as your Import Type, name your import, and click 'Continue':

The template will download to Excel and have 1 sheet for 'Products' and an additional sheet for each distributor you included where you can setup their unique distributor attributes such as codes, wholesale pricing, and case pack/quantities.
Once complete, send the file to support@turntree.com for QA & import. Please note the $25 import fee may apply.
