Direct Distribution and QuickBooks
When your QuickBooks Web Connector is run, all of your 'Direct' orders inside of TurnLink will be pulled into your QuickBooks where the invoices or Sales orders are created. Your TurnLink Account Manager will assist you in setting up this feature during your QuickBooks Synchronization Wizard meeting.
** Your Quickbooks Item Codes must match your 'Direct' Distributor codes in TurnLink. These are setup via Setup > Products > Distributor Codes & Pricing.

** If you have multiple Direct distribution centers [inventory sites], or price levels in QuickBooks, you can connect them all to QuickBooks by starting their name with an asterisk ‘*’ (e.g. *Warehouse1, *Warehouse2 etc...) in TurnLink. In addition, the abbreviation in TurnLink must be an exact match to the Inventory Site name in QuickBooks, and the feature must be enabled via Setup > Integrations > QuickBooks > Web Connector Preferences > Multiple Inventory Site = Use Distributor Abbreviation:
