Downloading : WFM Vendor Reports
Creating the First Report in the Vendor Portal
Login, and click ‘Continue to Report Builder’:

Box 3. All Stores (excl Co Merchant, WF Wine & Spirits, Culinary Center and Las Cimas):
Box 5. Your brand(s):
Select the applicable 4 weeks [monthly imports] or previous week [weekly imports]:
Click the 'Export' icon:
Save As... Excel Workbook (.xlsx) and name them as follows with the applicable year, weeks, and last week-end date included in this exact format:
After you have saved it once you can access the report from 'My Reports':
Note: you will need to update the 4 week period, but all other settings remain the same.
Move over the following columns and filters from the left side to the right side of each box in the following order:
Box 1. Region, Store, Nat UPC, Week Ending:
Box 2. Net Sales, Net Sales - LY (Trans), Unit Sales, Unit Sales - LY (Trans), Avg Net Retail Price:
Box 3. All Stores (excl Co Merchant, WF Wine & Spirits, Culinary Center and Las Cimas):
Box 4. Leave as (none). This automatically includes ALL categories in which you have one or more items:
Box 5. Your brand(s):
Box 6. Browse open Time tree:
Box 7. Unit Sales. It will show 'Unit Sales Greater Than or Equal to ___ at level Default’. Click the link and set the Value to ‘1’:
Click 'Run Report' on bottom left of page:
Box 7. Unit Sales. It will show 'Unit Sales Greater Than or Equal to ___ at level Default’. Click the link and set the Value to ‘1’:
Click 'Run Report' on bottom left of page:
Select the applicable 4 weeks [monthly imports] or previous week [weekly imports]:
Important:
- Click here for the 2024 4 week period schedule.
- Click here for the 2023 4 week period schedule.
Click 'Run Report' on bottom left of page again:
Click the 'Export' icon:
Select 'Excel with plain text' and click 'Export':
Open the file you just downloaded and confirm the data looks correct by comparing the header rows to this image:

To save the ability to create the report easily next time so you only have to change the period click the disc icon on the top left:
Retrieving Future Reports
After you have saved it once you can access the report from 'My Reports':
