Mapping your TurnLink (and/or Quickbooks) Ship Methods to Actual Ship Methods
After you have setup and received the appropriate credentials and access information for each of the shipping carriers you want available to quote your packages in the TurnLink Order Cart, you will need to map your existing (or new) Shipping Methods to the actual shipping methods that each carrier provides.*
You can add as many Shipping Methods to TurnLink as you would like from Setup > Integrations > Quickbooks OR Setup > Preferences > Administrative > Order Options (if your company does not use Quickbooks).
Once all your Shipping Methods have been setup go to Setup > Integrations > Shipping:
Choose 'Map Shipping Methods' from the menu at the top right of the screen:
In the first dropdown select the TurnLink Shipping Method as you have it named inside of TurnLink.
In the second dropdown, select the Carrier Shipping Method that you want to associate with the selected TurnLink Shipping Method.
Click 'Save':

To add or modify your selected Shipping Method click 'Edit Details' from the order cart:
On the 'Shipping' tab choose your Shipping Method and click 'Get Rates'. The amount in the 'Ship Cost' field will be updated with the quoted amount:
If you have more than 1 Shipping Method you can see all available rates after clicking 'Get Rates' via the Shipping Method drop down:
Note: If rates do not display make sure the company address and order package weight are correct.
