Adding New Companies

To manually add companies to your TurnLink database click on Companies > Add New:



Fill out as much information as is known about the company. At minimum, be sure to include Name, Type, a Creation Note indicating the source and/or basic information, and the main phone number which is used as a unique ID to avoid creating duplicate records. Click 'Save Details' when finished:

Note: Social media sites can be added as a comma separated list. 

Note: When adding a Customer for MapMyStores be sure to set MapMyStores to 'On' and include full address data. If you display which items a Customer carries on your MapMyStores, you will want to Perform an Audit to indicate the items they currently order.



You will automatically be taken into the Company Overview where you can add additional details such as ContactsDistributors, and sales Reps

If you have an Excel company list you want to import you can map [convert] it into our importable template via Setup > Imports > Companies. Click here for additional details.
